Binary Quest is an official Odoo partner. You'll be the first dedicated marketing hire for our Odoo ERP practice in Dhaka — not joining an existing marketing team, but founding the function. You'll build the demand engine from scratch, own the channel mix and the numbers, and report directly to the co-founder. You start before the first seller, so there are leads waiting on their day one.

Responsibilities

  • Own Bangla and English content for the Odoo practice
  • Produce webinars, events and customer case studies
  • Own website lead capture and CRM source tagging
  • Work with sales on lead quality, not vanity metrics
  • Run LinkedIn and Google campaigns; report cost per lead

Must have

  • 2–4 years B2B marketing or content (tech/services)
  • Strong Bangla and English writing and editing
  • Hands-on paid campaigns + cost-per-lead reporting
  • Daily AI-assisted workflow with fact-checking

Nice to have

  • Video editing / webinar operations
  • Odoo Website, CRM or Marketing Automation
  • Design tools experience
  • Customer interview / case-study experience

What we offer

Full-time role in Dhaka. Base salary published below; variable pay discussed in the offer.

Tk 30,000 – 50,000 / month (base)
